HOW IT WORKS

Nurse-led sourcing across multiple countries with rigorous screening: clinical experience verification, specialty matching, references, and communication skills. You see only pre-vetted candidates aligned to your unit mix and culture.
We coordinate CGFNS/CES, NCLEX/IELTS, and state BON pathways, and work alongside your immigration counsel on the chosen visa (e.g., EB-3). You get milestone tracking, proactive updates, and documentation support to reduce delays.
This is a direct-hire model. Nurses join your payroll as W-2 employees—no hourly markups, no labor leasing. Transparent placement terms, clear timelines, and an ethical recruitment approach from start to finish.
Structured 30/60/90-day onboarding, arrival support, and retention check-ins to stabilize units and reduce turnover. We stay engaged post-start to help new hires thrive and your team sustain performance.
To connect high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care nurses globally to U.S. Healthcare facilities
To be a leader in healthcare recruiting providing accessible, innovative, and comprehensive healthcare staffing to hospitals in the United States.
