Who can apply through AOLA?
Registered nurses with a valid degree, strong clinical experience, and English proficiency (IELTS or TOEFL) are welcome to apply. We support candidates globally.
Do i need to take the nclex before i apply?
You don’t need to take the NCLEX before you apply. However, you DO need to take the NCLEX before job placement. You can find a list of where the NCLEX is currently offered here
Does AOLA help with the NCLEX exam?
Yes. We provide optional NCLEX preparation support at an additional cost. CLICK HERE to see what services we offer
Will AOLA assist me with relocation?
Absolutely. We help with travel booking, housing coordination, and provide support during your transition to life and work in the U.S.
What visa type will I be applying for?
You will be sponsored under the EB-3 visa (Employment-Based Third Preference), which offers a path to permanent residency (green card) in the U.S.
Will I have to pay any fees upfront?
AOLA typically works with employer-sponsored models, meaning many major costs are covered by the hiring facility. If any costs are to be borne by the nurse, they are clearly outlined in your contract before signing.
